Description of changes:
Added karaoke styling.
Updated small round hub scrolling component id to match the speak item command.
Updated the layouts so the hints showed, karaoke text being spoken is visible (especially on small round hub), and minor clean up.
Updated deprecated footerHint to hintText
Note: kept the APL version at 1.0 as I did not want to update all the templates.
