there ware 2 issues
one is that the version in the build.zig was out of sync with the version in the build.zig.zon / upstream.
and the second was that the version number was calculated as
major * 10000 + major * 100 + patchso it resulted in the version number20205instead of21305.though both of those are also wrong since because of the first issue and it should be
21403
