  • Delete the deprecated and unused set-dist-tag command
  • Remove all of the ng-dev release subcommands from the listings
  • Move ng-dev release publish to be called as ng-dev release instead.

Remove all of the subcommands from the listing of ng-dev commands and leave only ng-dev release command as this is the only one
needed by end users.  The other subcommands still exist and are able to be called, but do not appear in the help menus.

I wasn't follow much of the work here, but in the past, the set-dist-tag command was super useful when the release tool failed randomly mid-publishing

set-dist-tag is a noop now, it was replaced by npm-dist-tag. Ironically, it was you that made the change and marked for us to remove set-dist-tag after it was no longer needed by any LTS versions
