introduces VSCode integration to enhance the developer experience

VSCode Features:

• Autocomplete for commands (with alias support)
• Automatic execution of eslint fixes

Other Changes

• Migrated to pnpm catalog
• Added alias property to commands

TODOs

• Get markdown content for descriptions
• Disable when detect eslint-plugin-command not installed

Additional context

• Not all commands have aliases configured yet (may need community input )
• Currently only built-in commands have autocomplete support, maybe we can read user's config in the future 👀
