Summary

This PR adds the new open-source Speakeasy OpenAPI toolkit to the tools directory and updates information about Speakeasy's current capabilities.

Changes

  • New Tool Added: 🛠️ Speakeasy OpenAPI

    • Comprehensive Go-based toolkit for OpenAPI, Arazzo, and Overlay specifications
    • Includes CLI tools for validation, bundling, inlining, upgrading, and more
    • Supports OpenAPI 3.0.x and 3.1.x

  • 🔄 Updated Existing Entry: Enhanced the Speakeasy entry to reflect current capabilities

    • Updated description to better represent the full scope of SDK generation and documentation tools
    • Added additional categorization and refined details
