I'm happy to run the CI tests for this, but this file is auto-generated from a script in the NIO repo, so if this is working for you then we should make the associated change there as well, so this can pass CI.

There are also some conflicts that need resolving to kick the builds off.

It looks like the work to update the Swift-NIO script has already been done apple/swift-nio#3275
And #370 to update the Swift-Crypto CMakeLists file.
