Welcome to the Arbor Workflows Wiki!

We are developing Arbor to perform comparative analyses over potentially very large phylogenies. The system will be developed incrementally through prototyping and technology evaluation as we bring our team's background in phylogenetics, visualization, and high performance computing to work on Arbor.
