For some reason installs libraries even if they have already been installed. For some reason installs SRFI's even when they are in native-srfi-support list. But I think it's a good start and those can be fixed later. Mit-scheme is not most user friendly when it comes to adding paths to load path so this should still be better than fighting with that.
If you have time and you spot/have ideas where the problems are coming from I can fix them now. Or of course if you dont accept this pull request as is I'll fix it at some point and can make a new pull request then.
