This commit updates the `oe` script to a new set of specifications. The main changes include: - New flags `-x` (explain) and `-c` (create file). - Model selection logic using the `OE_MODEL` environment variable. - Different prompts for one-liner generation, one-liners with explanation, and file creation. - Output filtering to strip markdown and extract the command. - Removal of interactive execution to make the script more pipe-friendly. The `README.md` file has been updated to reflect these changes.
