Description of changes:
Use the IPv6 of the AWS node to connect to from the slurm controller
Set the NodeHostName to the slurm NodeName.
Contributed a shell script to update the AWS node name with the slurm nodename on the EC2 instance. Should be used in the User Data of the instance.

Use the node's IPv6 address if IPv6 is enabled in the config.json: EnableIPv6: 1

Can set the internal hostname of the ec2 to the tag Name set by the aws plugin for slurm
