This pull request updates the AWS Swift Lambda Runtime example to use the latest version of that runtime, since there have been breaking changes. This example is used in the Swift SDK developer guide, and is not otherwise presented in the code example library since it's essentially demonstrating a third-party library we recommend. That page of the guide also covers use of the example.
Once this merges, appropriate changes will also be made to the text of that page.
This is the resubmitted version of this PR after closing a previous version that had unnecessary extra files in it that led to discovering a messed-up git history.
