TF2Classic-SchemaDownloader

Precache and add map-specific item schema, sound and particle scripts inside the maps folder to the Downloads Table for TF2Classic.

Now supports global schemas for TF2Classic 2.1.0

ConVars

sm_schemadownloader_mode

0 searches for files inside the game's directory only (default)
1 searches for files inside any mounted path, using Valve's Filesystem
