fix loop unlooping on SIGHUP #3

As SIGHUP is being handled in the same way as SIGTERM we should unloop event loop on this signal. If we don't do it it leads to server hang on SIGHUP.

As SIGHUP is being handled in the same way as SIGTERM we should unloop event loop on this signal. If we don't do it it leads to server hang on SIGHUP.
But I think it's not correct behaviour - We should either ignore SIGHUP or make a correct config reloading. Exiting is not a thing one expects on SIGHUP.
