Group names

Display group names, and option to change them in settings.

Hi, cool feature. Its working good.
One question, is it possible, to add a check for duplicated names?
I know, the id is unique key, but when having multiple groupes with same name (especially hidden groups), Access to group is problematic. So if possible, it would be cool, to have a check before saving the name.
Another point is, when setting the group name, it appears first after refresh of page. Is there a way to force a reload of the groupname directly without reloading the page?

Hey @zessi001 great points, currently I don't have much time, but both can be implemented as far as I now. You can take over the branch if you wan't, because I suspect I won't have time to implement this for at least a couple of weeks.
