example use cases are hedging ETH against price drops by incentivising
liquidity deposits of stablecoins, using future $ ERC20 to do both of these
and borrowing future $ against ETH as collateral, free with prorated liquidations,
or paying a deductible for liquidation protection (as insurance against downside).
