first commit: Hello World script + Base token example in README

This PR adds the first example content to the Mybasedocs repository:

1. example.js

   • A simple "Hello, Mybasedocs!" script to demonstrate a basic code example.

2. README.md

   • Added a section showing how to deploy an ERC-20 token on the Base network.
   • Includes Solidity code snippet and step-by-step deployment instructions.

These additions provide a starting point for developers to explore both simple code examples and Base network token deployment.
