Soldering physical wires onto the X4R board, and feeding the receiver from Servo-rails (or 5V) are required to make it work. Details can be found in sbus.c

Added Taranis SBUS support for BeagleBone Blue, and fixed some issues:
DSM changes not tested.
SBUS tested on X4R-SB receiver.
Bumped version number to 1.0.5 !
