This change avoids exposing these ports by default, and makes them only accessible within the network. Draft until we resolve what we want this UX to be wrt boundless/bento_cli commands, and what should be the default here. By default, left rest API and grafana exposed, as it would affect the manual fulfillment process, but this would be a similar issue so perhaps we should think about having this be protected also in some way
