Converting to draft until the refund transactions are fixed server side. (Don't want to invalidate valid transactions) |

I actually know it is relevant (that we want to do this) I asked about if now after Ross's work on the refund transactions and that sequences issues were fixed perhaps we can progress with that. Thanks. |

Validate the refund transactions created by the SSP.
Partially untested, because the SSP returns invalid sequence numbers and invalid anchor outputs in the refund transaction.
