  • Created NormalizeVCF.wdl to automate the process of normalizing VCF files.
  • The workflow removes problematic INFO fields (HAPCOMP and HAPDOM) and normalizes the VCF.
  • Included tasks for removing HAPCOMP, removing HAPDOM, and normalizing VCF using bcftools.
  • Outputs the normalized VCF to be used in Terra data tables.
