Description

Adds habitat pkg pathing support to determine if chef-client is already installed while maintaining backward compatibility for omnibus pkg pathing.

Updating powershell script to write-host instead of write-verbose. This offers users more info to what's going on in test-kitchen instead of just seeing a module name and no output of download and install status.
