Description

QoL and DX improvements:

• Next edit window is aligned to the current line instead of hanging from it.
• Next edit window does not cover your code anymore.
• Next edit window is not displaced by Gitlens blames anymore.
• Next edit window now has a Continue-themed drop shadow.
• The current line is also highlighted in the window.
