This PR replaces the previous attempt (PR #36).
It addresses the feedback:
Compilation errors are fixed.
anyhow::Result error handling is implemented in scxml_lib and integrated into the parsing logic.
The scxml_lib/tests/tests.rs file with tests is included.
merge conflicts have been resolved.
