@bram-vdberg since we literally just launched CoW AMM on Base (as of one hour ago https://x.com/CoWSwap/status/1877339637171237354) shouldn't we add the info for Base? or is not ready yet? |

Description
This PR adds a short description about integrating CoW AMM's for solvers. It also adds the CoW AMM factory contracts for Arbitrum and Base.
