- Replace Elasticsearch with ClickHouse as the database backend in Helm charts, including updated configurations, environment variables, and deployment templates. - This change removes Elasticsearch-related settings and introduces ClickHouse credentials, host, and port configurations. - Dev docs were updated, production docs will be a followup after further testing BREAKING CHANGE: Elasticsearch is no longer supported; update deployments to use ClickHouse.
