System Runtime 2.0.0-beta.1

This is the first beta release of System Runtime.

The release has been fully tested with System Designer and can be considered as stable.

• System Runtime v2 is now 20% lighter than v1.

• Runtime prefix of all classes has been changed to _ (example: _RuntimeComponent is now _Component).
