I'm an Engineering Manager with a strong background in frontend development and a passion for open source collaboration.
I currently lead teams at Tui Musement, helping engineers grow while delivering high-quality, scalable web applications.

Based in Italy, I work remotely with distributed teams, and at the heart of everything I do at work and in my personal life is building strong human relationships and fostering empathy. I believe that understanding and supporting people is the foundation for effective collaboration, innovation, and team growth.

• While I haven’t contributed extensively to public repositories, I actively participate when possible, by asking questions, providing feedback, or submitting small fixes.
