This repository contains only the compiled releases of Qrew. The source code is maintained in a private repository but is available under the GNU General Public License v3.

Downloads

Download the latest release for your platform from the Releases page:

• Windows: Qrew-*-windows-installer.exe or Qrew-*-windows.zip
• macOS Intel: Qrew-*-macos-x86_64.dmg
• macOS Apple Silicon: Qrew-*-macos-arm64.dmg
• Linux: qrew-*-linux.deb, qrew-*-linux.rpm, or qrew-*-linux.tar.gz
• Python Package: qrew-*-py3-none-any.whl (wheel file)

Requirements

• VLC Media Player (must be installed separately)
• REW (Room EQ Wizard) with Pro upgrade license for full API functionality
• Python 3.8+ (for pip installation only)

Installation

Binary Installation

1. Download the appropriate installer for your platform
2. Install VLC Media Player if not already installed
3. Run the installer or extract the archive
4. Launch Qrew

Python Package Installation

Option 1: Install from PyPI (if available)

pip install qrew

Option 2: Install from downloaded wheel

# Download the .whl file from releases, then:
pip install qrew-1.0.0rc5-py3-none-any.whl
