This change normalizes the content and documents the differnces from Eclipse Platform's platform.product. This synchronizes to the 4.38 version of the platform.product file and is expected to be updated to the 4.39 stream along with the normal 4.39/2026-03 preparation work

FYI, I'll merge this tomorrow morning as part of finalizing 2025-12 and starting 2026-03, unless I hear otherwise before then. |
