从下面的架构图上可以看出来

npm Registry Architecture

最新的数据都在SkimDB里面，Iris Couch的数据延迟是比较大的，但是SkimDB里面是没有Attachments的信息的，如果需要下载tar.gz，还是会从fastly的CDN上面去下载，但是fastly的CDN是被墙掉的了
