Summary

drop pypdf from optional PDF extras
extract text from PDFs with PyMuPDF instead of pypdf
remove NotoSans-Regular.ttf

Testing

pre-commit run --files tests/NotoSans-Regular.ttf
pytest -q (fails: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cryptography')
