I did not want to give away the answer, but ran into problems whil running the application. Added a clean script to remove old runs of the capture. Also updated the script to remove the file and not touch them as this was causing issues with the capture script.

I could have added more instructions. I did not add information about the clean script. But, I want this to be a good program for others, and as such am putting in this pull request.
