This pull request implements the feature mentioned in #613. It adds a compile time configuration option that excludes task creation in
lvgl_port_init. The API is hollowed out but otherwise left untouched to accommodate for other libraries that may in turn rely onlvgl_portlike https://github.com/waveshareteam/Waveshare-ESP32-components.
