Additions:
- Add function deployments
- Add linting, npm scripts and run it in travis
Changes:
- Use node 12 as lowest required version
- Remove pkg and use node:alpine base for resulting image
Fixes:
- Rename nginx template to static template
- Show warning instead of error when user config does not exist
