updating infrastructure ch

starting to replace content to be specific to daseh regarding infrastructure... leading to questions:

1. Do we want the daseh contact info on the website? Ava will add this to the main website
2. Do we want an easier search for people through our materials? Carrie to finish the PDF and point to the search there which links out to the modules (maybe a new repo from our content) (add the summaries to PDF)
3. Do we want a survey for people to provide general feedback that could be included in the guide or on our website? (on Ava's todo list)
4. Should we add summaries of what the modules include to the table? (no we don't want that)
5. do we want to mention dasehr - no change out for data on github
