Add a comprehensive suite of integration tests for Python SDK controls and update CI to ignore integration test commits

New Features:

  • Add integration tests for various Flet controls (CupertinoRadio, CupertinoCheckbox, CupertinoTextField, RangeSlider, Radio, SearchBar, CupertinoSlider, CupertinoSwitch, Slider) in the Python SDK
  • Add example scripts demonstrating CupertinoRadio and CupertinoTextField usage

CI:

  • Update AppVeyor config to skip CI builds on integration test pushes
