…yInfo.grouped_faces by copying asset_cache.boundaries before appending ghost surfaces. - Keeps wind-tunnel ghost surfaces out of persistent boundary lists, avoiding downstream serialization/validation failures. - Refactors boundary completeness logic into smaller helpers and downgrades missing-BC errors to warnings when entity transformations/mirroring are detected. - Adds tests to cover mirrored-surface missing BC warnings, unknown boundary errors, and domain_type bbox mismatch warnings under transformations.
