Reuse old wallpapers

This release will reuse wallpapers if the same wallpaper was picked and when the removeOld is set to false in the configuration.
This gave me an idea to make this work "offline" too, more on this will follow soon!

The software is not signed and can be flagged as a threat by your computer/os, a VirusTotal result can be found here
