Release rgbobj 1.0.0

• Supports object file revision 13, which uses the high bit of fstack nodes' type as a "quiet" flag (see Implement ? suffix to "quiet" a context and exclude it from backtraces rgbds#1800)
• Fixes REPT parent nodes are repeated #18: prints REPT node chains correctly
• Fixes Support "-" for reading from stdin #20: supports "-" for stdin

Steps to merge:

1. Release rgbds-obj 0.5.0 (tag it, push, and release on crates.io)
2. Update this PR to use rgbds-obj 0.5.0 instead of a local copy
3. Merge this PR
4. Release rgbobj 1.0.0
