To put down the necessary language, a check was added that Wikipedia has support for this language. This is done by adding a file with languages. 310 languages were selected from the article https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/List_of_Wikipedias.
Also, due to issues issue-223, issue-200, a custom exception was added, which indicates that the parameter cannot be equal to zero.
Due to the above-mentioned corrections, the README.rst file was slightly modified.
