  • Better error handling
  • Log warning message when the variants going to the residual table
  • Fix security vulnerabilities
  • Decompress the gzip file into raw vcf file so it can be processed in the distributed fashion and avoid F232 straggler
  • Fix wrong SEVERITY log level
  • Update legacy build process in the setup.py
  • Update new APIs of _interval_tree, BigQuery
  • Update documentation, replace any mentions of Cloud Life Science by Batch
