While this prevents players from hiding with the command, it doesn't make them "un-hidden"/shown on the map if they've hid themselves previously. |

Adds the
pl3xmap.player.can-be-hiddenpermission that defaults totruefor all players. The show and hide command will not work for players without this permission.closes #97
