These functions can't agree about how they should behave if there are pending modifications:
attributeValueExists$this->objectgetAttribute$this->objectgetAttributes$this->objectsetAttribute$this->modssetAttributes$this->modsentirelysetAttributesdoes not overwrite the entire array of attributes in$this->object, so it shouldn't do that to$this->mods$this->objecthas attributesa,b, andc$this->modshas attributescanddwrite(); setAttributes([c => ...]); write()results in$this->objectholding thedattributesetAttributes([c => ...]); write()results in thedattribute being lostappendAttribute$this->object,$this->mods, and the new value$this->mods,$this->objectis necessary$this->modsand is the result of anotherappendAttribute, the merge is technically correct but$this->objectis unnecessary and confusing$this->modsand is the result ofsetAttributeorremoveAttributeEntryByValue, this is wrong[$foobar], thensetAttribute([]), thenappendAttribute($barfoo)[$barfoo][$foobar, $barfoo]removeAttributeEntryByValue$this->modsand overwrites it using the value from$this->objectWith this patch, all the above functions should take pending modifications into consideration and behave the same way as though
write()were called first.
