When replacing DHC links with here.com/docs links, some anchors became broken. Also, some new here.com links weren't accurate. When updating the links, I also adressed some other issues. Resolves: TW-1242 Signed-off-by: Tom Papiernik <[email protected]>

This MR fixes several issues introduced when updating links from developer.here.com to their here.com/docs counterparts. In the process, the "Get started" documentation was touched up.
