For Arm, get CPU family, stepping from lscpu, it's not in /proc/cpuinfo Only check TSC if on x86_64 Only check Arm slots on Arm architecture Add in num GP counters and ARM slots to String()

Add in additional neoverse V2 definitions in cpu_defs.go
