Introduces the RooAgent class with methods for identifier, name, default output path, and applying ruler config. Updates the agent registry to include RooAgent and adds unit tests to verify its functionality.
Updated README to include Roo agent in supported agents lists, options tables, and usage examples for both apply and revert commands. Also added Roo agent configuration example in the ruler.toml section.

I have not tested much, but it generated the right .md files for roo, and the RooAgent test passes.
FYI: Seems like there is a test in main (and here) failing related to "cursor mcp"-something, @intellectronica.
