macOS expects to find the profile at .app/Contents/embedded.provisionprofile.

Resolves #16844.

As per 1

The [App Groups entitlement(https://developer.apple.com/documentation/bundleresources/entitlements/com_apple_security_application-groups) is not restricted on macOS, meaning that this claim doesn’t need to be authorised by a provisioning profile.
