Add WAILA support for Jade fabric version

Jade has a fabric version, and WAILA support works just the same as
the neoforged version.

Tested on 1.21.10 fabric server and client.

i do this for fun, and to try to help make things better, so i'm in no rush.
I've maintained and helped with tons of large and small open source projects, so i know being a maintainer of this kind of thing is often a time consuming thankless job :)
It's also a time of year where most people are on vacation or otherwise spending time with families, etc.

My general view is if it's helpful to you and what your mod is trying to do, cool. Happy to make the code work for you.
If not, that's cool too.
