Preparation for real a2l
- added new method for Parser.cs, to parse streams - removed external Asap2.Language.reidentifier.cs - please no external files; strings are moved to array in source code - added ErrorHandler.cs - added my unit tests - please use 'em for debugging and fixing bugs; also you may add more tests to show new functionality
