Update the sentence structure for medisco
remove the word speech from medisco

Do you have any suggestions on what link to be put on the dataset name? I think both do not have a direct download link nor homepage, only a request form for MEDISCO. |

I added both BPPT Medical Speech Corpus and MEDISCO, but I'm actually not sure whether the BPPT dataset is publicly usable/accessible.
